The Manager roles are:

This year we are thrilled to introduce the York LGBT Pride Volunteer Pool, an exciting new initiative designed to bring together a diverse group of talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
We understand that for some, the commitment of a larger role is not something they can take on, but they may have time to take on smaller tasks throughout the year.
Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or new to the community, this is your chance to contribute in a meaningful way and help us continue to create unforgettable experiences.
Joining the Volunteer Pool means you can become part of a dynamic team where your unique skills and talents can shine without the need for a long-term commitments.
Here are just a few of the benefits:
- Flexibility: Choose roles and projects that fit your interests and availability. Whether you can spare a few hours a month or a few days a week, there’s a place for you.
- Skill Development: Gain valuable experience and develop new skills in areas such as event planning, marketing, logistics, and more. Volunteering is a great way to enhance your resume and
build your professional network. - Community Impact: Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of York LGBT Pride events and initiatives, helping to foster a more inclusive and vibrant community.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded individuals, make new friends, and build lasting relationships. Volunteering with York LGBT Pride is also a fantastic way to meet professionals in various fields.
- Recognition and Rewards: We appreciate our volunteers and recognize their hard work and dedication. Expect regular shout-outs, appreciation events, and other forms of recognition to show
our gratitude.
Everyone is welcome!
