Join us at The Knavesmire between 1pm and 7pm for a fantastic and colourful afternoon of free family-friendly entertainment on-stage, plus a funfair and over 100 stalls, including food outlets, community stalls and a fully-licensed bar.

How much does it cost to visit York LGBT+ Pride?
York Pride is a free family friendly event, whilst no entry fee is charged donations are welcome, we also have York Pride wristbands which come with a great deal of benefits including discounts at various shops across the city. These are £5 with every penny helping fund York LGBT+ Pride!
Where does the Parade set off from and go to?
The York Pride Parade leaves from ourside York Minster (Duncombe Place) at approx 11:45am and arrives at the Knavesmire (Tadcaster Road End) at approx 1:00pm.
Can I bring my own Food & Drink to York Pride?
Yes you can – however full catering options are available on the day along with a fully licenced bar. Please note no glass should be brought onto site.
Where is the Official After Party held?
The Official York Pride after party venue will be announced shortly!
Where can I buy a York Pride 2020 Wristband?
Wristband stockists will be announced soon!
Where is the nearest Cash Machine?
Sainsbury’s Local, 56-58 Blossom St, York YO24 1AP - Please note no cash machine facilities are available on site.
Is the site Wheel Chair accessible?
Our event is held on an open grass field, which can be uneven in places so care should be taken, we do have full disabled toilets available as well as disabled parking on site (for those with a blue badge). Please speak to a Marshall on the day for further help and advice. If you do have any special requirements email us at info@yorkpride.org.uk and we will do our best to assist.
Is the Event Family and Dog Friendly?
Yes, we welcome all families to our event and small fury members of the family are welcome as long as they are kept on a lead! Please clean up after your fury friends!
