York Pride returns on Saturday 30 May 2026 for one of our biggest celebrations yet, bringing a full day of Pride, protest, visibility, music, cabaret, family entertainment and community to the Knavesmire.
This year’s Main Stage line-up includes Nadine Coyle, Joe McElderry, Urban Cookie Collective, Nicki French, Michael Marouli, Roxanne Cooper, Sweet Like Sabrina, Heavenly Bodies, Jordan Smart, DJ Rory Hoy and York Stage Musicals’ cast of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.
The Main Stage will be hosted by Ash Palmisciano, Mamma Bear and St Sordid Secret, bringing huge Pride energy, Yorkshire warmth, crowd moments and celebration throughout the day.
Our Cabaret Stage returns with a packed line-up of drag, cabaret and queer performance, hosted by Miss Kitty Lee and Crudi Dench. Audiences can look forward to Victoria Scone, JTG featuring Janice D, Tanya Hyde and Gloria Hole, Luna Hex, Queen Queef, Polly Glamourous, Elle Vosque, Sasha Glam, King Butch, Marigold Addams as Jane McDonald, Pembo, Robynne Ryske, Reese Wetherspoon, Ferne Ando and Mark Anthony.
Across the festival site, York Pride 2026 will feature three stages, a dedicated dance tent, two bars, food and drink traders, charities, community groups, sponsor spaces, an expanded Family Area and the UK’s largest one-day funfair.
The Family Area will bring family-friendly entertainment, activities, performances and creative spaces for children, young people and families, making York Pride a full-day celebration for all ages.
York Pride remains free to attend, but it is only possible because of donations, sponsorship, fundraising, traders, volunteers and community support. Every donation and every purchase from our official shop helps keep Pride free and protects the future of the event.

Award Winning York Pride

York LGBT Pride continued to shine in 2025, building on an incredible year of recognition and achievement. After winning both the Yorkshire Post Tourism Award 2024 and the YorkMix Choice Award 2024—a title voted for by the public—York Pride has firmly established itself as one of the city’s most loved and anticipated events.
These awards, alongside being finalists in the Visit York Awards (2024 and 2025) and the Little Vikings Awards, highlight our ongoing commitment to delivering a truly inclusive, family-friendly festival that welcomes everyone.
Each milestone reflects the heart of York Pride: a celebration that brings tens of thousands of people together to honour diversity, unity, and community spirit.
For sponsors and partners, York Pride represents an exceptional opportunity to stand alongside values that matter—inclusivity, visibility, and positive social impact. Supporting York Pride means joining a movement that reaches a vibrant and engaged audience, both across Yorkshire and beyond.
We’re proud to have once again been nominated for the YorkMix Choice Award 2025. Voting has now closed—thank you to everyone who supported us. Keep watching this space as we look ahead to York Pride 2026, set to be our most exciting year yet.
